How will I receive my order?
You will be emailed a dispatch note and then should receive your product within 2-3 working days in the UK by recorded delivery. Please note: recorded delivery requires a signature on receipt. As per the couriers terms an item is not classed as lost until 15 working days from dispatch in the UK and 20 working days from dispatch outside of the UK.

Who are QED Commerce?
THE MIGHTY BOOSH payments will be handled by Trinity St's associate company, QED Commerce Ltd in partnership with Worldpay. QED Commerce will appear on your card statement.

Is shopping on the Internet safe?
Communication between you, us and QED Commerce is encrypted using the SSL mechanism built into your browser. This ensures that even if someone were able to monitor the traffic between you and the QED Commerce server, they would not be able to read it. Encryption is used on all pages within the QED Commerce system, making Internet shopping as safe as possible.

Cancellation Of Order
If you no longer require your order please contact customer services on 08700 428 559 and they will endeavour to help. Please note that if the item has already reached the picking process then we may not be able to cancel the order at this stage.

Can I exchange or receive a refund on my product?
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund. Our returns centre will be happy to process an exchange for you, so if there is another item or size that you would prefer over the one you have already received, please include written details with the item you return. If you prefer, our Customer Service team will be happy to take your replacement order, and you can then have a refund on return for the unwanted item.

Please contact customer services using the contact details below before returning any goods.
Refunds or exchanges will NOT be given on jewellery items such as necklaces and earrings if they have been worn or are not in a resalable condition. Refunds or exchanges WILL be given if these items are faulty.

Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip and enclose it in your parcel. This can then be sent to the Freepost address below. Please note, we are only able to provide a freepost address for UK returns.
For International returns please use the second address, we recommend that you use signed for delivery or get a certificate of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for lost goods.

What are the sizes?
Sizes for each item may vary, but (unless stated otherwise in the product description) sizes are approximately as follows:

Mens:
Small = 36" chest
Medium = 38"-40" chest
Large = 42"-44" chest
XL = 44"-46" chest

Girls:
Small = size 8-10
Medium = size 10-12
Large = size 12-14
